The Story

Looking for $100M in funding in a shaky economy was a daunting task. The founders of this new San Jose data center needed the most polished investor prospectus possible to land the money they needed to build.

Thanks to KBD, Fortune was able to approach investors with a fully fleshed out website, marketing materials, property maps and technical illustrations, onsite signage and an investor prospectus that was polished, organized, and well-written. As a result, they landed the funding and built California's first LEED-gold certified data center within two years. Now, Fortune continues to utilize KBD as they lease the space and continue to look for new properties to expand beyond San Jose.
